The use of this production line
This is the customer’s raw material storage area
The customer’s raw materials are mainly miscellaneous wood
This is the customer’s production workshop
The area is about 1,000 square meters
Crushing section
This is Yulong Company’s Baofenglong crushing machine
It has two metal removal processes
It can remove more than 95% of the metal in the material while crushing the material
The first metal removal can throw out the metal with a higher proportion in the material
The second metal removal can separate the metal while sucking away the material
Non-magnetic metals can also be removed
In the crushing section, for metal-containing materials such as wooden pallets,
the Baofenglong crushing and grinding integrated machine is a good choice
This is the crushed material, which is very fine.
The moisture content is about 20%.
It can be directly granulated.
Granulation section
This is Yulong’s 560-type pellet machine
The power of a single device is 1.5~2 tons
The customer ordered three of our 560-type pellet machines
The total output is 4.5~6 tons per hour
