This video will show you how Yulong controls quality inspection.

First, Yulong imposes strict requirements on the environment, equipment, and inspection standards before even starting inspection. Routine testing is usually conducted in a workshop, but to achieve more stable results, the testing environment needs to be more sophisticated and the testing technology needs to be more advanced. Therefore, Yulong has established a dedicated inspection center, where the temperature is maintained at a constant 18-22 degrees Celsius year-round.

Many high-precision inspection devices are housed here.

The inspection center maintains a constant temperature for two main reasons: First, precision inspection equipment is sensitive to temperature; even slight temperature changes can cause fluctuations in test data. Many of Yulong’s components have micron-level precision requirements, and to better verify machining accuracy, these processes are typically completed in a constant-temperature environment.

The second reason is to stabilize the volume and shape of our workpieces for more accurate measurements. Metals expand and contract with temperature changes, causing subtle deformations that affect test results. Therefore, after all critical components are manufactured, they are left to stand for 24 hours in the inspection center to stabilize before being tested. This ensures more stable and consistent test data, and only after passing inspection does the component proceed to the assembly stage.
