Production process analysis of straw, straw, pasture and other pellets
- Rotary cutting and crushing: use a rotary cutting crusher to crush the straw to less than 8mm;
- Drying: The crushed materials are dried by a tumble dryer;
- Pelleting: The dried material enters the silo and enters the pellets through the screw dragon;
- Cooling: The high temperature particles enter the cooler for cooling through the conveyor belt;
- Packing: The cooled pellets enter the packing machine for packing.
Technological advantages: A wide range of applicable raw materials, good particle forming effect, and strong government support.
Process disadvantages: straw pellets have low prices and small profits.

Rotary cutting machine
Large diameter feeding The feeding diameter has three specifications: 2000mm, 2500mm and 3000mm. The large diameter is convenient for feeding piles or bundles of materials, such as piled straw, grass or bundled straw and grass.
High-efficiency hammer mill
It can crush wood chips, shavings, peeled wheat stalks and corn stalks and other fibrous materials, and can also crush granular feed materials such as corn.
The cylinder is not only welded with the lifting plate, but also has a blade shaft. The advantage of the blade shaft is to increase the number of material turnovers, increase the contact surface with the wet material, and improve the drying efficiency.

The belt conveyor has the advantages of strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure and easy maintenance, and can easily implement programmed control and automatic operation.
The material used is thick galvanized sheet, which has high density, is not easy to deform and corrode, and has a long service life. The modular structure is used for installation, which is convenient for transportation and on-site assembly by customers; the bottom of the warehouse is equipped with a hydraulic screed device to prevent materials from bridging; the bottom is equipped with a screw conveyor and frequency conversion feeding to ensure stable feeding of the pellet machine.
The unique vibrating mechanism is used to discharge material, which has stable operation and smooth discharge. Using the principle of counter-flow cooling, the particles are fully and uniformly cooled.
